Invest in SIXSEVEN.
You will not be investing.
There is no round. There is no cap table. There is no company. If any of the above made you laugh, this page exists so you can send the price of a coffee to the person who wrote it.
In exchange you receive nothing, on purpose, and in writing.
Send a coffee
Any amount. 6.7 of any currency is traditional but not required.
Transactions are irreversible, unrefundable and unacknowledged. There is no receipt, no NFT, no token, no allocation and no follow-on. There is, at most, a coffee.
What you are actually getting
This is the whole agreement. It is short on purpose, because it is honest.
You are not buying a security, a share, a SAFE, a note, a token, a future token, a right to a future token, or a discount on any of the above. No instrument is created by sending money to this page.
Not on an exit, not on a wind-down, not on request. There is no exit, there is nothing to wind down, and requests will be read with sympathy and no action.
No equity, no voting rights, no information rights, no pro-rata, no board observer seat, no liquidation preference, no anti-dilution. The cap table is a joke, in that it does not exist.
No product, no access, no roadmap influence, no priority in a queue that is itself fictional. If a future version of this site offers something, it will not be offered to you retroactively.
You read a joke about the AI industry, it landed, and you are giving the person who made it the price of a coffee. That is the entire transaction. It is a tip, not a term sheet.
“I understand this is humour. I am not investing. I am buying a coffee for the guy who wrote it, and I expect nothing in return, including the coffee.”
Good faith, and the general understanding that nobody involved should take any of this to a lawyer.
Executed by nobody. Enforceable against nobody. Version 6.7.
Other ways to support, all cheaper
- Send a Field Note to a colleague who says “agentic” unironically.
- Forward the quote calculator to procurement with no context.
- Tell someone your 6/7 score at a conference and refuse to explain the metric.
- Do nothing. This is the default and it is fine.
